We’re an independent brand based in Huntington Station, NY. Every order ships directly from us. There are no third-party resellers.
Where are the candles made?
Kismet and Integridad are hand-poured in small batches in New York City.
What are the candles made of?
100% soy wax, natural cotton wicks, and no phthalates, parabens, or synthetic dyes. Average burn time is about 50 hours.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, on orders of $50 or more.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging. See the full Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email help@betweenspaces.co before sending anything back. Items sent without an approved return request are not accepted. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
