This website, betweenspaces.co (the “Site”), is operated by Between Spaces (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Using the Site
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or be using the Site with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaks these Terms.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to show our products, colors and sizes accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that what you see will match exactly. Product details, availability and prices can change without notice. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
3. Prices, orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars unless stated. An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email or ship it. If a price or description is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information, and to pay all charges, including applicable taxes.
4. Shipping
We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees on international orders. Contact us if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive.

6. Promotions and discounts

7. Candle safety
Our candles are made with real flame and must be used with care. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable, and follow the care instructions on the label. We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you post a review, comment or other content, or send us ideas, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce and display it on the Site and in our marketing. You confirm that it is yours to share, that it is honest, and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights. We may remove content at any time. We are not obliged to keep or respond to it.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the Between Spaces name, logos, designs, text, photos and product artwork, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
11. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site to break any law, infringe others’ rights, harass or harm anyone, upload malware, scrape or collect data without permission, interfere with security features, or use the Site for spam. We may end your access for any of these.
12. Third party links and tools
The Site may link to or use tools from third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Review their terms before using them.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Between Spaces and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to it. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Between Spaces and its owners, employees and partners from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us.
17. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time if you break these Terms. Obligations that arose before termination continue.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site, with the date above, applies. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
